Physical products

Orders within Bangladesh are typically delivered within 3-7 business days of confirmation. Orders to Thailand and other international destinations typically take 7-14 business days, depending on customs processing. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

ERP and software implementation

"Delivery" for a service engagement means the agreed project milestones — discovery, configuration, testing, go-live, and handover. Timelines are scoped per project and set out in your proposal or statement of work, since they depend on the modules involved and your team's availability for testing and training.

Delays

If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated window, we'll proactively let you know. For physical orders, contact info@rawntech.com with your order number if you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of the estimated ship date.
