Physical products

Physical goods purchased through this site (such as hardware kits, controllers, or accessories) can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact info@rawntech.com with your order number.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Software and services

ERP implementation, custom development, and other professional services are not eligible for return once work has begun, since they involve time and resources committed on your behalf. Cancellation terms for an active engagement are set out in your service agreement.

Non-returnable items

Custom-configured hardware, software license keys that have been activated, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
