Where we ship

We ship physical products within Bangladesh and Thailand, and to other destinations on request. Shipping cost and available carriers are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Shipping costs

Domestic shipping within Dhaka and Bangkok metro areas is calculated at checkout. Orders outside these areas, and all international orders, are quoted based on destination and package weight before you complete your purchase — nothing is charged without your confirmation.

Customs and international orders

For shipments crossing borders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the order or shipping total.

Damaged or lost shipments

If a package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact info@rawntech.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
