ERP Implementation Methodology
A phased, discipline-first approach we apply across every ERP platform we deploy on AWS — SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Openbravo, and Etendo. The platform changes; the discipline that keeps a project on time and on budget doesn't.
Principles we hold to on every project
Timeline and budget come first
A project that goes live on time and on budget is a successful project. Everything else — extra features, nice-to-haves — is secondary and gets sequenced into later phases.
Minimize custom development
Every customization adds testing, maintenance, and upgrade cost for years to come. We default to standard configuration and only build custom code where it's genuinely necessary to run the business.
One client-side decision maker
A single, empowered project owner on the client side keeps decisions moving. Committees are useful for input, not for approvals — too many decision-makers slows every project down.
Cloud infrastructure sized for the platform
AWS environment sizing, backup strategy, and high-availability design are scoped per platform during Discovery — not bolted on after go-live.
